First project to be developed by Compagnie de Phalsbourg in Spain. It is situated in Torrejon de Aroz, east of Madrid, along the E90 highway and close to the Barajas airport. It will be developed in several phases. First one will offer 65.000 sqm of retail with some 60 shops. It could be completed by "The Village" a 22.000 sqm outlet centre designed by Philippe Stark, with 120 shops and 1.500 parking spaces.
