Shopping centre initially developed by Isabeau Polska on a 2,9 h plot downtown Lublin, at the corner of Ul Unia Lubeska and Al Tysiaclecia. Building permits awarded for 26.000 sqm. In July 2011 Immofinanz acquired the project and amended it to develop a 38.000 sqm shopping centre. This project was first rejected by local authorities in April 2012 but received a building permit in October 2012. In 2019, it was rebranded Vivo! Lublin. Ownership : Immofinanz.
