Retail park developed by AVW Immobilien AG in the southern outskirts of Weinheim on the site formely occupied by DB along the B3. The project was developed in different phases. 4th phase opened July 2014. Last phase accomodates a 1.600 sqm Media Markt store (opening March 2017). Obi and Roller are the main anchors. In 2017, AVW Immobilien sold it to Volksbank eG Braunschweig Wolfsburg.
