Outlet Park Szczecin

Echo developed the first factory outlet centre in Pomerania on the site of the former PHS Centre in the eastern outskirts of the city, along Struga street, just opposite the Real Szczecin shopping centre. The project will be develop inseveral phases. Phase 1 offered a leasable area for some 70 shops, Piot i Pavel, Smyk and a 7-screen Helios multiplex cinema. Phase 2 added some 30 new shops in 2015. Phase 3 is to open end 2016 and will accomodate a Media Expert unit (900 sqm), a Fabryka Formy fitness club (1.500 sqm) and a medical centre. A new phase adding 4.000 sqm for about 20 shops was inaugurated in September 2017.
