Shopping centre situated next to the junction of the 643 and 66 motorways, south of the city centre. It is in fact the renovation/extension of the site formerly occupied by Wal-Mart (and then by Real) in a strong retail area (Obi is located opposite to it) . It is anchored by the Real hypermarket and a 3.000 sqm Media Markt store. Developer: Newport GmbH. Union Investment (Unimmo) bought it from Newport in January 2011 and sold it to Pradera in January 2016.
