Project developed by Gedo in the city centre of Hagen, south of Dortmund. The three-storey shopping arcade occupies the block limited by Mittelstrasse, Rathausstrasse and Potthofstrasse. It is the second shopping arcade downtown Hagen with the Volme Galerie. The project was authorized by local authorities in September 2009. Investment : 100 M €. Saturn (5.500 sqm) and Kaufpark (1.800 sqm) are its main anchors.
