Located in the south-eastern outskirts of Bristol, and easily accessible by the A37, the Broadwalk shopping centre has recently undergone a needed refurbishment/remodelling as many shops were empty. In 2004 Highcross Group and Lehman Brothers sold it HSBC Shopping Centre Fund III for £22 million. A 2.300 sqm Wilko store was then added. HSBC sold it to Frogmore in 2006. The centre is currently under receivership as a part of the Frogmore portfolio. Management : Munroe K.
