One of the largest retail parks south of the country. It occupies some 14 hectares (36 acres) east of Southampton just off junction 7 of the M7 and is jointly owned by Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury's and M&G Real Estate. Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury's (the largest store in the country) and DFS are some of its anchors. It attracts more than 60.000 visitors a week.
