The Mall Cribbs Causeway

Located north of Bristol, next to the junction 17 of the M5, this two-storey shopping centre (69.500 sqm) is anchored by Marks & Spencer, John Lewis and Boots. Since its opening in 1998, it has been completed by a entertainment hub (including a Vue Multiplex cinema, a bowling alley, restaurants...) and retail parks with major brands like B&Q, Argos, Currys... Owners : Intu and M&G Real Estate (Prupim) own jointly 66% of the scheme. An expansion representing 50% of its current size has been approved by local authorities in 2016. The new development will include an indoor ski rope. But the Ministry of Housing rejected the project in October 2018.
