Shopping centre located south of the city, in the vicinity of the motorway exit "Ancona Sud". Originally anchored by an Emmezeta superstore (10.000 sqm), it has been later completed by a Carrefour hypermarket (June 2003). The Emmezeta store closed end 2008. The building was redeveloped by Prelios into a shopping arcade under the name "Grotte Center". It accomodates some 30 shops (including H&M, Terranova, Mondadori...) and a Decathlon superstore inaugurated in June 2013. Investor : Olinda.
