Val Saint Clair

Retail park located opposite to the Carrefour Herouville Saint Clair shopping centre (a pedestrian bridge linking the two hubs). It accomodates on two levels 12 medium-sized stores and 6 shops to complete the existing commercial offer. The project was authorized by local authorities in November 2008. Following an appeal, 3.000 sqm of sales space were "frozen" since the opening. Local authorities authorized their opening in January 2014. Investor : Mitiska Reim acquired Val Saint Clair from Klepierre in 2017.
Retail park situé en face du centre commercial Carrefour Herrouville Saint Clair, auquel il est relié par une passerelle piétonne. Il accueille sur deux niveaux 12 moyennes surfaces et 6 boutiques pour compléter l'offre commerciale existante. Le projet a reçu le feu vert de la CDEC en novembre 2008. Suite à un recours judiciaire, 3.000 m2 de surface de vente étaient "gelés" de puis l'ouverture. La CDAC a autorisé leur ouverture en janvier 2014. Klepierre a cédé Val Saint Clair a Mitiska Reim en 2017.
