Fort Kinnaird Retail Park

Located south east of Edinburgh, this retail park was developed in different parts and phases. It accomodates anchors such as Marks & Spencer, Argos, H&M etc. The multiplex cinema (Uci then Odeon) closed in 2007. Extension authorized for 9.290 sqm. It accomodates... a 7-screen Odeon cinema and 6 restaurants, including the first Ed's Easy Diner in Scotland. Debenhams was supposed to open a 5.574 sqm unit but the project was rejected at appeal in March 2015. Primark opened end 2015 on 3.530 sqm. Owners : The Hercules Unit Trust (British Land/M&G Real Estate which acquired The Crown Estate's stake in 2018).
