In April 2013, Land Securities sold it to InfraRed Capital Partners for about 14 M £. The centre was renovated in 2014 and now accomodates the largest Boots store of the city (5.110 sqm) and Morrisons. In 2016, Rockspring acquired Clayton Square from InfraRed for 38,4 M £.
