- A two-storey shopping centre located in the eastern part of the city, on the site formerly occupied by the Ügetőpálya horse racecourse and by the major road Keresepi, adjacent to Kelety Railway station (one of Budapest's main international train stations). Its simple circular design recalls the shape of the former horse racing course. It is anchored by a 10.000 sqm Tesco hypermarket, a 17-screen multiplex cinema and an IMAX cinema (the first one in Hungary). Initially known as "Kerepesi Park" to be anchored by an Auchan hypermarket, the project changed of name (and of anchor), when Plaza Centers bought the 12 hectare property from the Bouygues group. The shopping centre was acquired by Lanebridge Investment Management in June 2009. Its retail offer has been repositioned by 2012/2013 by C&W with the arrivals of new retailers like Sports Direct, Butlers, Michael Kors... In 2017, Nepi Rockcastle bought the centre for 275 M€.
