- Located some 10 km of Valencia, next to the exit 10 of the Valencia - Barcelona highway, this retail park was developed in two phases. First phase : opening of the retail park (12.500 sqm, including a 6.500 sqm Media Markt store) : Spring 2007, second phase opening of the Carrefour hypermarket and its shopping arcade (7.500 sqm): September 2009. In 2015, Pradera sold El Manar to Harbert Management Corporation.
