- A retail park accomodating some 20 medium-sized stores dedicated to leisure and housewares (including Jardiland, Darty, Maxi Toys, Kiabi, Electro Depot), it benefits from an innovative architecture. It is located south-east of Le Mans, right next to the racing circuit, and not far from the existing Leroy Merlin, Decathlon and But stores. An extension of some 22.000 sqm is in the pipeline opposite the existing site and could include a 5.000 sqm hypermarket, 7 medium-sized stores, some 50 shops and 5 restaurants. It has been highly disputed and could be now developed by the local developer Groupe Desjouis but with a new anchor as Auchan left the project in 2015.
