- A three-storey shopping arcade located downtown Darmstadt, next to the City Council and the City Carrée. It is anchored by a Karstadt department store, a MiniMal supermarket and medium-sized stores like H&M, Lindex, New Yorker. Remodelled in 2001/2002. Hammerson recently sold it to DIFA for 109 M €. Since October 2007, ECE is in charge of leasing and management. In April 2012, Union Investment sold Luisen Centre to Lasalle Investment Management for some 104 M €.
