Flair Fürth (City Center Fürth)

A shopping arcade located close to the pedestrian and commercial area downtown Fürth. Ownership : a group of some 350 local investors. End 2010, TKN Real Estate Solutions acquired it for 20 M € and planned its remodelling for 50 M €. The completion was supposed to be completed Spring/Summer 2013. But a conflict broke out between the two parties and after a legal appeal the selling contract was no longer available. the P&P group relaunched the project in 2018. Opening scheduled in 2021 under the new name of Flair Fürth.
