- Located downtown opposite to the bus station and near the railway station, this shopping centre has been very successful since its opening in 2001. Anchored by an Monoprix Supermarket, Fnac and H&M, the shopping arcade (which forms a circle) also includes several retail chains which weren't yet present in Annecy. A project of expansion (900 sqm) was rejected by the administrative authorities in 2002.
- Situé à proximité de l'hyper centre ville, en face de la gare routière et près de la gare SNCF, ce centre commercial a rencontré un grand succès depuis son ouverture en 2001. Avec comme locomotives principales un supermarché Monoprix, la Fnac et H&M, la galerie commerciale (en forme de cercle) accueille aussi des enseignes qui n'étaient pas présentes à Annecy. Un projet d'extension (900 m2) de la surface de vente autorisée a été rejeté par la CDEC en 2002.
