- Al. Najswietszej Maryi Panny (N.M.P.) is the second longest high street in Poland, with Piotrkowska in Łódź the longest. From one end to the other the retail changes, from some exclusive boutiques to others that simply said are "ugly". The street in very wide and has the luxury that you can park your car in one of the many parking bays right on the street. So for shoppers it's a comfort compared to other high streets in Poland. The odd numbered side of the street has the best foot traffic and has the afternoon shade, along with the better mix of fashion and service retailers. Recently some well known fashion retailers have opened their store, like Bytom, Gerry Weber, Caterina Collection Betty Barclay, Prochnik and cosmetic retailer Yves Rocher.
