Docks Vauban

This project consisted in transforming the Vauban Docks into 30.000 sqm of retail activities, 26.000 sqm of leisure activities (among them a 12-screen Gaumont multiplex which was transfered from Montivilliers, next to the "Le Grand Havre Auchan" shopping centre), and a 5.0000 sqm Baobab garden centre) and 3.000 sqm of office. The companies ING, SORIF and CVL were chosen by the City of Le Havre to realize this project. Rodamco acquired it for 97 M Euros in June 2007. Decathlon opened a 3.000 sqm nearby in 2013. Docks Vauban was sold by Unibail-Rodamco to Wereldhave in 2014. It accomodates since 2018 the first Primark store in Normandy on 4.300 sqm.
Le projet consistait à intégrer dans les Docks Vauban 30.000 m2 de commerce, 26.000 m2 d'activités loisirs et culture (notamment un multiplexe Gaumont de 12 salles,transfert du multiplexe auparavant situé à proximité du centre commercial "Le Grand Havre Auchan" à Montivilliers), une jardinerie Baobab de 5.000 m2, ainsi que 3.000 m2 de bureaux. C'est le pool ING/SORIF/CVL qui a été choisi par la municipalité pour mener à bien cette réhabilitation. Rodamco a acquis le projet pour 97 Millions d'euros en juin 2007. Decathlon a ouvert un espace de 3.000 m2 à proximité en 2013. En 2014, Unibail-Rodamco a cédé Docks Vauban à Wereldhave. Il accueille depuis 2018 le premier Primark normand sur 4.300 m2.
