Located by the A1 motorway (Fidenza-Salsomaggiore exit) and one hour far from both Milano and Bologna, this open air retail factory outlet looks like a toscan city. It opened with about 30 shops to reach 60 by 2004. The first part of first phase (some 20 stores) opened spring 2006, the second part end 2006. The second phase opened end 2008 to reach 90 stores.
