- Centrum Handlowe Kometa was the first Real hypermarket anchored shopping centre in Toruń, when it opened in September 1999. The retail on offer is 19 retail units, consisting of low range fashion and services. Kometa is located some 4 kms away, north of the city centre. This centre is having some success with 4.3 million clients per year. However, this has changed with the opening of another two hypermarket giants, Carrefour and Real, although they are competing with each other as they are both to the west of the city centre. Real is now the anchor of the shopping centre taking over from Geant. In 2010, the shopping centre was acquired by Pradera.
