- Puerto Triana was supposed to be the largest shopping centre in Andalucia, located on "Isla de la Cartuja" (where the Expo 92 was held). But the project was "frozen" a first time following the new urban scheme of Sevilla's municipality. Rodamco retired of the project when the authorities cut down the authorized surfaces dedicated to retail. The new project includes 25.000 sqm of retail (about 80 shops) located in the 150 metre-high tower and completed by a museum and large green areas. This schemewas approved by local authorities in april 2005 but was once again "frozen" until 2015 when Caixabank relaunched the project under the name Torre Sevilla. Primark is one of its anchors on 5.000 sqm.
