- This two-storey shopping centre anchored by a Eroski hypermarket (11.500 sqm) at the ground floor, and at the first level by a Cinesur cineplex (12 screens) and a food court is located some 20 km far from Sevilla. Development : Eroski / Promodeico. Investor SEB Immoinvest sold it to Grupo Lar and Morgan Stanley in 2007. It was sold in July 2013 (along with El Mirador de Cuenca and Almazora-Alcoy) to Incus Capital. In 2017, Incus sold the three shopping centres to Patron Capital and Eurofund Capital Partners.
