- Located in Imola, by the Via Emilia and easily accessible by the E45 expressway, this two storey shopping centre is anchored by a 8.000 sqm Ipercoop. The site has been remodelled and expanded. The shopping arcade now accomodates about 60 shops, including 6 medium-sized stores and a food court. A three-level underground car park (700 parking places) has been created. Opening of the extension : November 16th 2006. This one has been sold to Europroperties for 43,3 M Euros. In 2018, Europroperties sold it (along 3 other SC) to IGD.
