This 5 storey downtown shopping arcade, developed by Concepta, is located next to the new "Galerie der Stadt" museum. Shopping arcade with 16.800 retail and gastronomy (anchored by a 10.000 sqm Saturn megastore). The two upper levels initially occupied by the Stilwerk concept (9.000 sqm) were remodelled in 2012/2013 by ECE and the 2nd floor now accomodates a large food court (1.200 sqm, more than 600 seats). Evans Randall sold it to Antirion in 2019.
