Plaza Eboli

Located in the city of Pinto (31.730 inhabitants), in the southern outskirts of Madrid, this 2-storey shopping and entertainment centre includes an Leclerc (ex Eroski supermarket), a 8-screen cinema multiplex and some 100 shops and restaurants. It is completed by an hotel. Right next to it is the Park Juan Carlos I, which accomodates leisure and sports facilities. Developers/owners : Sonae (65%)/ Eroski (35%). In March 2011 Sonae sold its stakes to Doughty Hanson (along with its stakes in El Rosal Ponferrada) for 120 M €. In 2015, it was acquired by HIG Capital.
