The Turzyń Galeria Handlowa SC is well located within 2 km west of the city centre and easily accessible by foot, public transport and car. Macquarie Global Property Advisors (now Charter Hall) is the owner of the shopping centre (but the hypermarket) since 2007. Charter Hall sold Turzyn along with 4 other centres to Tristan Capital Partners for 174,5 M € in September 2013. Galeria Turzyn was renovated in 2015/2016. It attracts almost 5 mln shoppers every year.
