Apsys has developed a compact shopping centre with approx. 90 retail units in the very heart of Zabrze, within easy reach of public transport. The parking is large considering the downtown location. The centre is anchored by an Auchan hypermarket. In 2015, IVG Instutional Funds sold it to Bergamot (Rockcastle) for 51,84 M €. The centre is currently under refurbishment and expanded by 11.000 sqm to accomodate about 40 new shops. Opening scheduled end 2018.
