This two storey shopping centre was developed by Promocentro and is anchored by a 15.000 sqm Ipercoop hypermarket. A 9-screen multiplex and a Brico Center megastore are located next to it. It has been expanded in December 2006 by the 2-level "Le Fornaci Mega Shopping" retail park/shopping arcade located opposite to it : 4 medium-sized stores (Media World, Conbipel, OVS and more recently PittaRosso) and some 40 shops linked to it by a pedestrian footbridge.
